Ivan was one of the first persons to introduce himself. And welcome me to Windlands East 30 months ago when I moved here. We became best friends and usually ate together in the dining room. Ivan was a great friend, neighbor (to all of us here), and spiritual man. We discussed our country Churches and country roots numerous times. He will be truly missed, I feel like my last brother has passed. My condolence to Patrick, Amanda and the Newlin Family.

The few times we were privileged to speak and interact with your Father we found him to be a man well spoken who loved his family. I know you will miss him, but he is with his Heavenly Father. Amanda, we are here for you dear.
